Born and raised in Denmark, with deep roots in Zanzibar, I move between two worlds and ZHAR was created in that space.
I don’t just know the island from brochures. I know it through family, language, culture and the hidden corners you don’t find alone.
After bringing my closest friends here and seeing how the island changed something in them, I knew I wanted to open that door to other women too.
